Stephen Davidson & Grant Wintle started Cryosafe in 2021 wanting to provide an LNG player with the flexibility and speed to meet the needs of the market.

Steve’s experience as an LNG subject matter expert spanning 34 years demonstrates the capability and knowledge we can now bring to the market with Cryosafe. Starting at ICI Steve moved into LNG initially with Shell before moving to BP.

After leaving BP Steve continued his career assisting in the development and management of many LNG Terminal and LNG STS projects.

Steve has extensive experience in the delivery of:

• FSRU Terminal Development, Start up & Commissioning

• LNG Storage & Gasification Terminal Development, Operation & Maintenance

• Gas-to-Power Terminals

• Floating Storage & Regasification Unit (FSRU) Operations

• Ran a Global LNG STS Company

• In Excess of 1,000 LNG Transfers Completed

• LNG Project Bid Development & Support

Grant has over 15 years in the Oil & Gas market with the last decade being in LNG. Coming from a project delivery and equipment background his small scale LNG experience covers the more small scale and LNG bunkering markets:

• Project Delivery for 1st LNG Bunker Vessel

• Small Scale LNG Subject Matter Expert

• LNG Ship-to-Ship Equipment

• Experience in Large Scale LNG Transfers in Europe, USA & Asia

• Involved in 50+ LNG Operations Per Year with Cryosafe

• Society for Gas as a Marine Fuel Member and Various Technical Committee Participation
