Cryosafe have been involved in frequent LNG refuelling operations since our start up in 2021. With many new LNG fuelled vessels (LNGFV) coming on stream, comes new operational crew & management teams involved in LNG refuelling operations. Whilst the standard courses available give good background and theoretical information, Cryosafe believe that real world operational training is vitally important. Our courses cover:

  • Typical HAZID/HAZOP process

  • Pre-transfer activities & planning

  • SIMOPs and risk reduction

  • Safety zones

  • STS equipment that the LNGFV will handle - different sizes and manufacturers

  • Manifold layouts and connection/disconnection
