Steve Davidson

Following a start in the chemical and Petrochemical industry Steve became involved in the LNG Industry in 1992.

Steve sailed upon LNG vessels for 15 years and became involved in the early day development, and execution of commercial LNG STS and FSRU terminals.

Having developed and built a successful LNG STS and consulting business, Steve has turned his focus to co-founding CryoSafe Services using this knowledge and experience to help provide the best possible training, consulting and service provision to both established and new comers to the LNG industry.

Grant Wintle

Grant has been involved in LNG projects for many years and specialises in LNG bunkering operations. An LNG STS project professional who has numerous firsts under his belt . . 1st LNG bunker vessel, 1st LNG to power project, 1st FLNG in Americas, 1st LNG bunker barge in USA, 1st FRU, 1st FSU, 1st arctic transhipment project, 1st floating hose project, largest ever LNG bunker vessel and 18 x FSRU projects.

  • Chad J. Verret

    Non-executive Director

    Chad Verret is a former President of Q-LNG Transport, LLC and Executive Vice President of Harvey Gulf International Marine . Mr. Verret, a native of Louisiana, is the fourth generation of his family to be involved in the marine business, which offers him unique perspective on the offshore marine industry. He was the lead on all of the company’s activities including its construction and design projects as well as developing new and innovative technology for the future. His ability to combine real world LNG experience with technical knowledge has afforded opportunity to direct marine related operations worldwide. Chad is also the outgoing Chairman of the Board for the Society of Gas as a Marine Fuel (SGMF).

    As a Non-executive Director for CryoSafe Chad brings technical and regulatory oversight, and guides our training business in the support owners, suppliers and receivers of LNG need.

  • David Hill

    Non-executive Director & Chairman

    David has held several International leadership roles with Smiths Group Plc (John Crane) and was the former Chief Executive of Private Equity backed Signum Technology.

    David Hill has spent over 35 years working and leading product and service business in the global energy sector. A significant amount of that time was spent working with OEM’s and end users to develop and deploy technology and services that enabled projects in both the LNG and broader cryogenic segments.

    As the Non-Executive Director and Chairman for CryoSafe David will be bring strategic oversight to the business, and will guide our approach to supporting our customers transitional energy strategies
